2. Подразделение организации обычно является частью большей организации, хотя в малых организациях подразделение может быть всей организацией.
Подразделение организации может быть, например:
- конкретным проектом или набором взаимосвязанных проектов;
- подразделением в организации, сфокусированным на конкретной фазе или фазах жизненного цикла такой, как закупка, разработка, сопровождение или поддержка;
- частью организации, ответственной за все аспекты отдельного продукта или набора продуктов.
